I am Maureen Chapman (B.Ed., OCT), a retired teacher with over four decades of experience within the Waterloo Region. To help students improve their classroom performance and confidence, I created Yes You Can Educational Services.
In partnership with parents, I provide one-to-one tutoring services in reading, writing, mathematics, and organizational skills; focussing on your child’s individual learning style, strengths, and needs.
Following the Ontario Curricula, I will teach your child precise strategies and skills using ongoing assessment, direct instruction, repeated practise for mastery, praise, and positive reinforcement.
Lessons are taught in a safe and familiar environment of your choice.
Fees are reasonable and include travel, all materials, lesson planning, one-hour session, and weekly summary to parent with suggested “next steps”. Yes-You-Can Educational Services is a registered company and monthly receipts are provided.
